This is the first edition of the cookbook from Harper & Row. 359 pages. This a cookbook contains history of the spirit of Szechwan cooking, methods, preparation, and many recipes. The condition is excellent, with some small tears and wear on the jacket. The book is free of annotations. There’s only a small sticker with the previous owner’s name on the back of the front cover.
