1984, Ballantine Books (Fawcett Gold Medal), 229 pages. They cover is still shiny, though there is corner and edge wear and indentions on the back. The spine is creased and slanted. An initial is written in ink on the first page; aside from this, all other pages appear clean but yellowed from age. (I did find 2 dog-eared pages.)
