Double trucks hauling High Grade uranium have been hijacked. If the uranium falls into the wrong hands, it could be used to build enough atomic bombs to blow up the world! Frank and Joe pursue the hijackers to a remote island hide out in the bahamas. After hair and high seas encounter with a killer ship, the boys come face to face with the Evil Genius behind the heist.
