This is a lightly used cookbook that also dives into sustainable farming. The recipe chapters are based on season. There are some markings on a few recipes to indicate they were made and what I thought of them plus a few scuffs on the cover. Other than that it’s in very good shape. It’s a beautiful coffee table book!
