Hi, I'm Kim! My husband Rick & I bought our home in upstate NY from an 86-year-old named Walt. Walt had left his late wife Beverly’s book and other collections untouched for years. We agreed to buy the house with all its contents to allow Walt to move to Oklahoma with his son without all this stress. It was a win-win! We inherited vintage books, records, furniture, glassware, dolls, teddy bears, and more! As a book lover & collector, it's hard to part with a lot of these but we just don't have the room. Reach out for deals & bundles; im not here to make a huge profit, just to share these with other book lovers! Books have been stored on shelves in a climate-controlled basement. The previous owners smoked upstairs only. The home has been smoke-free since 2020. All books have been aired out & cleaned; there is no smell, but caution to any asthma/allergy sufferers.
