Extremely rare set from James Burke. Only 1000 copies of each book were produced. These copies are 920/1000 and 489/1000 respectively. It has also been personally signed in blue ink by James Burke in volume 2. This is a great collectors item for anyone interested in locomotives and train life. Many stories by Burke and tons of photographs. There is some jacket wear on both volumes, with slight tears and slight rub fading. But this set is in excellent condition, otherwise. Tight and clear of annotations.
