1934 rare, very limitedly-printed folio of a previously unpublished poem by D. H. Lawrence. This was printed at the Chiswick Polytechnic School of Art by Catherine Carswell, who was a close friend of Lawrence’s. This folio is in great shape; only some cover wear, and the threaded binding is worn slightly. The item’s binding is still tight, and pages are in damaged. There is a mark in pencil at the bottom of the opening page that looks to be 71/93 or 71 193. Either way, this is a limited very printing. There is also a pencil mark on the back cover with a scribble and (what looks to be) “WRATO”. Photos of markings included above.
