In November 1917, the book was reprinted by Dent & Sons: the type was reset, along with a new preface by the author and a frontis portrait. Hardcover with green cloth boards, faded gilt top edge page block. Bumped spine with small amount of fraying at bottom. Previous owner name on title page dated Amsterdam (he was a physician in Amsterdam and later relocated to the US). Age-toned pages with no other writing or folded pages.
