Scarce 1929 first edition from Harcourt, Brace, and Co with woodcut prints from René Pottier throughout the volume. Baumann puts together an interpretive narrative version of the Apostle Paul’s life based off of the Christian scriptures. It’s a very interesting read. The book itself is in good shape. There is some wear on the binding and spine. The title contents and details on the spine are mostly faded. Some shelf wear present on the cover. No dust jacket. There are a few pencil markings in the volume.
