Seller Description
If you like unusual topics, this one’s for you. Chang and Eng Bunker (1811-1874) were Siamese-American conjoined twin brothers whose fame propelled the term “Siamese twins.” Although this is a fictional account, narrated by Eng, it is rooted in fact. They toured in “freak shows,” settled in North Carolina, married local sisters and fathered 21 children. This is a very nice, solid clean copy. First edition, first printing, complete number line. Likewise, the DJ is also very good with a trace of edge wear.#twins#family#Siamesetwins#NorthCarolina#history#freakshow#hardcover#firstedition#historicalfiction (Shelf 3F)
