Introducing Book Reviews on Pango!
This week, we’re thrilled to announce that you can now rate and review books directly on Pango!
You can create book reviews on any book listing or page on our website or in our app. Just scroll down to where it says “Rate The Book” and select your star rating. Once you've entered your rating, you’ll have the opportunity to also leave a written review and add hashtags. Although adding a review and hashtags are not required in order to leave a rating, we encourage you to share your thoughts with our community.
Like with many other book apps and sites, our rating system exists on a five-star scale, with the added ability to leave half stars. As you browse our inventory, you’ll be able to see all the book reviews for a particular title on every listing for that book. Visitors to your shop page can read all the book reviews you’ve left as well.
We know that there is an absolutely amazing community of readers using Pango. That’s why we are so excited about our new feature. With Pango book reviews, you'll be able to discover new books and make informed decisions about what to read next.
On top of that, leaving reviews is a great way to connect with other Pangoers and get more eyeballs on your shop. If someone sees a thoughtful review you’ve left on a book they are considering, they might click over to your profile to check out what books you have for sale!

How Do I Review a Book On Pango?
To review a book on Pango, just search for the title and bring up a listing. Scroll down the page, and you will see the option to “Rate The Book.” Once you enter your five-star rating, you’ll be prompted to add a written review and hashtags, although only star ratings are required.
How Do I See the Books I’ve Reviewed?
If you go to your account menu on our app or website, you’ll see an option for “My Book Reviews.” That link will take you to a list of all the reviews you’ve created.
Can I Edit or Update My Book Reviews?
It's easy to revise or delete a created book review at any point. Just find the review on your account menu, and you’ll see an option to update it. You can also save a review as a draft, so that you can come back to it later or delete it entirely.
Where Will My Ratings and Reviews Be Visible to Others?
Other Pangoers will be able to see your reviews on the relevant book listings as well as on your shop profile.
Can I Import Reviews from Other Sites like Goodreads?
Unfortunately, we do not have the tools for review imports at this time. However, you are certainly welcome to copy and paste reviews from elsewhere into our system.
