This book is in Good condition. All significant damage is to the slipcase. The outside front and back of the slipcase are yellowed with age. The corners of the slipcase are worn, with tears on the bottom corner, and top corner. The book itself and inside pages are in Excellent condition. All these cosmetic issues can be seen in the pictures.
