Although the book has some loose pages and writing, so maybe could be considered poor condition, but for a 1931 cookbook, it is still quite the nice addition to your collection! Fun reading the recipes! And some interesting advertisements in the back, such as for the KitchenAid stand mixer and Swans Down cake flour!!
