Because this is out of print and collectible, I am erring on the side of caution and listing it as good. Others might consider it to be in excellent condition but I want to be transparent and have a happy customer. I have tried to capture the few flaws with pictures-bottom right hand corner page creasing, top left crease, slight crease down center and tiny nick in bottom middle of cover.
