The book is in good condition. There is some highlighting throughout. Yellow and orange highlights. I would say about 20% or less of the book has highlighting. The majority of it is clean. There are a few pages where you can notice some residue from pencil notes, i did my best to erase it. Besides that residue there is really no notes throughout the book.
