This book is in good condition, hardcover. Front cover has some stains, not sure what it is but might wipe off but I'll leave that up to the buyer. It is an antique, 108 years old and good for it's age with some flaws. Inside first page cover is loose, see photo. When open the center lays flates due to the binding. There was a brown piece of paper maybe used as a bookmark that stained the upper part of the page so please review this photo. No rips or tears or missing pages.
