This is an exclusive Discovery Toys publication from 1982. My name is on the inside cover. I bought this for my kids when they were preschoolers back in the ‘80s. The back cover spiral is a little crunched, but the book pages flip easily. This is written in such a way as to encourage children to be involved in food preparation.
