Condition is excellent overall, with some minor blemishes on some of the bookcovers, except for volume 22 which is showing fairly significant water spotting, see pic, other pic is what most volumes look like. Pages in all volumes are crisp with minimum wear, though there is yellowing around the edges All volumes have some illustrations or pic of the quality is quite exceptional for books of this age.
