Solid and completely readable copy. No writing, dog ears or tears. Bottom several pages have light water stain across the bottom and first 50 pages, approximately, are wavy on the bottom. Outside page edges clean with the exception of a black mark on top/side edge (see photo). Spine intact with no outer creasing. Front & back covers have numerous smudges even after being cleaned. Moderate shelf wear on cover edges.
