conference at Hammond College on the life and work of brilliant philosopher Eric Weber was attracting interesting scholars from all over the country. professor Clarence and Claire was definitely not one of them. though the conference was organized by her partner in my Harrington a communist Claire had planned to stay well clear of any gathering of philosophers. this would have been easier had she not tripped over Weber's body lying on the sidewalk. it turned out that despite their fascination with his ideas plenty of Weber's colleagues and reason I hate him. but which one had opportunity to kill?
