Made into a movie in 1926 starring Marion Davies, about a young woman who impersonates the prince of Gaustark while he is sick and falls in love with his/her bodyguard. Cover is solid, but fairly soiled with some wear on the edges and corners lightly bumped. The binding is fully intact and the pages and illustrations, although somewhat yellowed are in very good condition.
