What a great book. I do not get the chemistry/sciency part but i couldn’t care less about that because the fmc was so real for all the women. I was enticed. Everyone should read this book. It is so good.

This was a beautifully written book that drew on the challenges faced by women professionals, especially in the sciences. A funny, heart-wrenching story in which love, loss, ambition, and motherhood coalesce into unexpected opportunities.

The show was better...which I don't say often. While I appreciate the general themes and plot devices of this book, I found the language to be boring, and I felt like the story dragged on.
