Overall, both books are in good condition. The art of bev doolittle shows light signs of wear around the dust jacket. New magic has a light stain on the bottom left of the front of the dust jacket, and the back has a small tear. Also, shows signs of wear around the edges of the dust jacket. Both have clean pages with no writing or highlighting. Both have good binding with no loose pages. Please see pictures for more details.
