This book is in Excellent condition. The most major cosmetic flaw is there is significant stains on the outside of the pages from dust and age, this is shown in the pictures. There is also wear on the dust jacket at the bottom of the spine (shown in pictures) and some small tears in the dust jacket at the top of the spine on the corner, and two at the bottom of the back cover.
