Seller Description
95 page Spiral Bound cookbook. Filled with Traditional Middle Eastern Recipes, in English and Arabic. Book is in great condition, nice and clean. Out of print hard to find, collectible. Review by Quora: What is your favorite cookbook on Middle Eastern cuisine? The best cookbook for me is (Cookin Good with Sitto), a cookbook published by Anns Melkite Church in Woodland Park, NJ. It was published last in 1982 when the church was in West Patterson, NJ. The recipes are manly authentic Syrian ones and have all been tried and tested to be accurate and good. Although the 1982 version went out of print some time ago, I heard a new version is being printed soon, or perhaps it’s been printed by now. The recipes are easy to follow and won’t disappoint you. Even if you are Syrian it’s a great reference. It has the names of foods and ingredients in English and anglicised Arabic.#paperback#softcover#Syriancooking#bookstores
