The Count of Monte Cristo & The House of Seven Gables Library Edition 1945 HC. This book is in good condition. The only issue, as you can see from the last photo provided, is the tear in the top left hand side of the binding. Corners are worn and the book shows signs of shelf life and aging. As for the inside of the book, it’s in great condition. The pages are clean and crisp, no writing within. All pages are preset and intact. Not a bad book for the price from 1945. Illustrations are clear and vibrant.
