One of the classic books every comic book fan (and not just comic book fans) should own or at least read (as well as Maus by Art Spiegelman and Palestine by Joe Sacco in my humble opinion). In 2013 Chicago Public Schools administrators pulled it from some classrooms. The circumstances surrounding the ban remain unclear to this day. Both books are in very good readable condition. Part 1 contains notes (pencil). Previous owner did several notes and comments while reading it (see pictures). Someone really dived into this story, which makes this copy even more unique. Part 2 without notes and markings although lower corner shows some wear. Blu-ray disc in perfect condition.
