Canaveral Press, 1964. First edition with dust jacket. Mylar protective cover taped to dust jacket and outer book cloth cover. Dust jacket is intact with some shelfware at edges but no rips. Pages are unmarked and binding is intact. Book has minor shelfware at spine and very small stain near front edge (see picture).
