Excellent condition with a couple of exceptions. The book jacket shows signs of age, and the 1st page has writing in pencil(see pic). The hardcover is in like new condition as well as the rest of the pages. No tears or dog-eared pages. There is age staining on outside border as this is a vintage book. 1989.
