Cujo by Stephen King This 1st Edition, 1st Printing Hardcover of the famous horror novel is the perfect copy for anyone wanting to collect rare Stephen King first editions. In order for this copy of Cujo to be a first edition the following criteria must be met: 1. Look for Viking's original Address on the copyright page and separately on the dustjacket. You should see 625 Madison Avenue on both. 2. Look for the words "First Published in 1981" on the copyright page 3 Look for the issue price of $13.95 on the dustjacket 4. The book size should be 9.5h x 6.25w (this is the same size as many 1st ed SK books published in the 80's, just slightly taller then the all the 1st edition dark tower books) 5. The website also states that this book is worth $40-70 depending on condition so it was listed on the low end due to the dust jacket damage. This copy is in Fair condition with clear damage to the dust jacket that can be seen in the pictures. The dust jacket is ripped on the top and bottom of the spine and damaged along the whole top and bottom. Other cosmetic issues include dust damage on the outside of the pages, yellowed pages, and small stains and back end papers. The pages within the book are in good condition.
