This extremely rare Russian language book covers the famous tournament in Holland in 1938, won by Keres and Fine ahead of Euwe, Capablanca, Alekhine, Reshevsky, Botvinnik and Flohr. It was one of the strongest tournaments ever played. The book has deluxe leather like covers, detailed notes to all the games by Soviet Masters, a preface by Botvinnik, and numerous diagrams. The Russian text is easy to follow using the Google Translate app. there is a small indentation in the top of the front cover as shown in the photos.
