Got from my local library on donation shelf, but have decided to part with it. Book is in good condition, but I put fair because of minor tear in back of book. The book is in library condition, so there are library markings in front and back cover of book. Tiny smudge on outside of book. Photos above of all flaws. Pages are good throughout! Just want the book to go to a good home and to someone who can enjoy it!
