Lawrence Ellsworth’s acclaimed new(ish) translation of the Three Musketeers books (there are five in all, and this is the FOURTH one) makes the stories even more accessible for contemporary adults and young adults. This hardback is virtually new, as I once planned to read the whole series and kinda changed direction. If you’re a fan of swashbuckling historical fiction, this is a classic of the genre.
