The jacket has some tears and it quite delicate. There is some browning on the inside cover and first page. (See photos) The rest of the book’s pages don’t have that browning on it. There appears to be a gap between the pages and the spine (see photo). No writing anywhere that I could see. Open and closes fine and should be able to be used with a little extra TLC.
