This is about a woman who is wrongly accused of starting a mafia war because of her ties to the Russian mafia. The Irishman that takes her is impressed by her strength and courage to fight back. He starts to fall for the outgoing, sassy women. Once he realizes she is not the reason for the war he knows he has to protect her from anyone else trying to hurt her.
