This issue includes articles covering the recall of CA Governor Gray Davis & the rise of the Govenator Arnold Schwarzenegger, interviews with The Weirdos’ Cliff Roman & Minutemen’s Mike Watt; also an article titled “Jello Biafra Speaks” where he talks at a L.A.
