Listed as poor condition but its really somewhere between poor and fair. Its like the ugly house up the block that has a gorgeous interior no one knows about, you know? I'm not sure what war this book lived through, but its front cover is a hot mess with many small dents, like if someone had paper on top of it and was smashing a pen tip into the paper. Its edges are most definitely worn out. And corners are slightly bending. BUT (are you still with me?) Every single poem page with illustration is seriously wonderfully beautiful still, by some stroke of luck. Copyright 1978. Great choice to get a kid into poetry.
