Alternate Earth Movies: Star Wars: Luke defies Uncle Owen and goes to the Imperial Academy. While training to be a TIE pilot, he is noticed by the Emperor, who realizes Luke is strong in the Force. The Emperor also realizes who Luke is, and decides to test Vader's loyalty by having Vader train Luke seemingly as a Jedi, but really using the Dark Side. Luke realizes that what he is learning seems wrong, and has visions in which older Jedi tell him he's. Eing corrupted. When he stumbles on Vader reporting to the Emperor he realizes this is true, and decides to flee rather than let them corrupt him further. But before he can get away, hr learns that Vader has captured Princess Leia. Luke decides to save her on his way out, and takes her to Tatooine to meet with Obi Wan, only to learn that the stormtroopers have already located Artoo and thus the Death Star plans are back in Imperial Hands. Now Luke must decide: face Vader and try to get the plans again? Or flee to fight another day?
