Some Zombie Stories, 6: We never had a law about marrying zombies, because nobody ever wanted to marry a zombie. But then there was a rumor going around that school kids were daring each other to kiss zombies, and even though all the kids said they never heard of the game all the kids also said they were pretty sure all the other kids were lying and that everyone played the game, mostly on recess when the teachers would hang by the corner of the school and smoke. So all of a sudden dads were worried their daughters would marry a zombie and nobody was sure how it af even gotten to that point and a lot of us had thought it was only a sanitary thing about the kissing because, well, zombies, but before we knew it there was a referendum on whether zombies should be allowed to marry people and, as an afterthought, whether they could marry each other. The referendum passed, but the news never said whether that meant zombies could marry or could NOT marry, so things didn't change much.
