This book is from 1965. It is still in great condition other than the yellow spots at top of book as seen in the picture. This book was written for busy corporate director and officers. It was a desk companion which gave letters to use for things to make correspondence easier. It contains letters like things for announcing proposed change in capital structure, letters of condolence or sympathy, letters of refusal to contribute to charity, letters to public officials, letters refusing credit, etc.
