People hate this book too much; I loved that Didion was so personal. This is how she coped with her husband’s death, writing the story and sharing it with her readers. I loved this book. A raw, unfiltered, honest look at grief. Not just the grief of losing someone but the grief of having to live after they're gone. Anyone who has experienced loss can relate to this book in some way. I think this book gets an unfairly bad rep in the book world, tbh! Its good!
