First Edition Charles Addams Homebodies Simon and Schuster 1954. I tried my best to picture any condition issues.  The dust jacket has the condition issues.  Still in great shape considering it is 68 years old. The book itself is in excellent shape.  Binding is solid and no rips or tears. The inside front cover has writing in white pen.  I believe it is the owner's name.
