The second book in this duology got really weird. I did not like the direction it went and it could have been half the size it was and still would have gotten through all of the important bits.

I liked this a lot more than the first book. The first book was kind of slow and felt like some stuff could have been cut out, but Cursed was much more action packed and I was really into the character dynamics in this book and the overall worldbuilding.
