Book is in excellent condition structurally. There are a few cosmetic anomalies. Spine is solid and looks as if the book was never even opened, let alone read. There is a stain? mark? on the bottom of the book (on the page ends) near the spine. Looking straight at it you can barely tell anything is there, the picture makes it look worse than it is.
