First Edition is printed on the copyright page. 3. On page 374 you will find code Y38. This copy meets all this criteria so it is a True First Edition, First Printing copy of Pet Sematary. This book is in Good condition. There is damage to the dust jacket at the top of the spine (shown in pictures) and there are small tears and folding in the dust jacket at the top and bottom of the back cover. The corners of the dust jacket on the front are also worn. There is a sticker for sale of the book on the inside of the dust jacket by the book price, and there are stains from dust on the outside of the pages especially on the top.
