There is typical wear on the cover from handling and shelf wear. The inside pages are good, very tiny tear on the bottom of the title page. Binding is intact. But there is writing on both the inside of the front & back cover. Name, address and a date of 1943 on the back cover. I think it gives the book an 'honor' of being owned & loved by a young girl! This
