Seller Description
Everything feels like a scam now. I know this is probably just nostalgia, but lots of things worked better before the Internet. Back in the 80s and 90s you would go to a physical place to buy a product, and you know who you were dealing with and what you were getting. And products were meant to last. We had THE SAME REFRIGERATOR my entire life growing up. For 25 years. I've owned 3 in the subsequent 30 years. I bought a snowblower in November. I had to ASSEMBLE It. Not like "attach a thing" but really out things together. That snowblower was defective. I had to rebox it, return it, get a new one shipped, ASSEMBLE THAT one, too, before I could use it. Once. Today would have been the 2d time. But the pull cord jammed. And so I have now had two different snowblowers fail in 2 different ways and I just feel like the whole world is Boeing: quality and safety used to matter but now all that matters is constant growth and constant sales. Nothing built to last and nothing really works.
