Lots of people will say, hey, so a fine like that is nearly half his net worth, that's like fining a regular folk $50,000, that's some punishment. But if Mr Poor Billionaire paid $2.3 billion in fines, he'd be left with $3,400,000,000. That is 3,400 times the average net worth of an American. So Poor Billionaire could pay the largest fine in history and have the same assets that you and me and 3,398 of our buds would have if we all pooled together. And that's the POOREST one. Being a billionaire should be illegal and it IS immoral.
