Binding has shelf wear, multiple light creases on front cover near spine. a hard crease on the bottom corner of front cover. Scuff marks, some light creases on top of cover and pieces missing where a small sticker was previously placed. Spine is good, tight and clean. Some light creases on back cover near spine. A light crease on each the bottom and top of back cover, a few light creases towards middle and top of cover. Please photos for a better visual. A couple ball point size stains on top outer part of pages. Pages are intact, none are torn, missing or marked. However, from the front cover to about page 240, there is what looks like a very old stain that does not affect the pages in any way.
