Randy Clemens is a chef, author, and food writer. He is the author of The Sriracha Cookbook and The Veggie-Lover's Sriracha Cookbook, as well as the co-author of The Craft of Stone Brewing Co. He has written for numerous publications, including the Los Angeles Times, Saveur, Food & Wine, and the San Francisco Chronicle. He is also a regular contributor to KCRW's Good Food radio show.
